... i watched 'Luck by Chance' (LBC) yesterday nite ... and i liked the movie... i am now an official fan of Farhan Akhtar... and u may find this surprising that i never heard of this movie till i read that Karthik Calling Karthik (KCK) is Farhan's 3rd movie... i remember that 'Rock On' was his first... one query later Google sent me to Wiki and voila! ... it mentioned LBC... and here is another interesting part... Farhan directed Dil Chata Hai (DCH) and Lakshya... both movies have special place in my heart... so in a way i was liking Farhan's work before i realised it... and thanks to the myriad of technology... i was enjoying the LBC @ my room till early in the morning...

... and thanks to technology ... rather our dependence on it... we find ourselves in some really interesting situations... take the recent example... our email servers are down from past three days... our entire India operations are now... well... 'severely affected' ... however... if u see the mood here in our office... not a single soul is complaining... there is no disruption of 'work' ... everything is going more or less smoothly... in fact the only hiccup i faced was that my presentation along with the support data remained in my 'outbox' on the first nite of the outage ... and next morning i realised that i missed 6 calls from my boss! ... and the presentation was needed for our review meeting in later in the day... i dashed with my sleepy eyes... and did some damage control...

...and damage control... is what i have been doing from past 50 weeks or so... ever since i was 'transferred' to this dept... its been quite an experience... i have more 'responsibilities' but no 'appreciation' ... and before i vent it all ... i should call it a day...
